I am based near Robertsbridge in East Sussex and prior to forming Timberland Virtual Office Solutions I worked for many years in the private sector.
This covered a variety of industries, including banking, manufacturing, sales and the latter 15 years in the private occupational health sector, both as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and also as a Team and Network Manager. My own particular area of expertise is therefore clinical, but this is obviously not prohibitive.
Recognising the need to work from home, I launched Timberland Virtual Office Solutions in 2014 and I have never looked back. The days may be long and busy but all my clients are friendly, professional people.
Over the years I had worked with some remarkable people and formed lasting friendships with many. So, when I launched my own company, these were the first people I contacted and many are now also my clients. Even though they live in different parts of the country, from Scotland to Bristol, South Wales to East Sussex, distance is clearly no object when working on a virtual basis.
I am kind, loyal and conscientious and work diligently to help my clients' businesses grow. Customer service is always top of the list when providing a service to my clients. Keeping to deadlines, good communication and superb interpersonal skills, efficiency, accuracy, politeness and friendliness are all part of my service.
Establishing a good rapport and mutual trust are vital components in the relationship with your VA and this can only be established over time. It is therefore important that we establish a strong bond and get things right from the very beginning.
Remember, our aim is to present a good impression of your business and help it to grow, because your success is also key to mine.
